The freedom of contract, which is protected not only in Germany, basically allows everyone to conclude contracts that can be freely determined with regard to both the contractual partner and the subject matter of the contract. In this context, the law provides the legal framework for the user of the law in which this freedom of contract can be developed. As a lawyer for sports law, I advise and represent individual athletes, coaches and officials as well as clubs, associations and sponsors. My range of services includes in particular
